1. Question : How to book a room at your hotel?
Answer: In order to book a room at the hotel you can do it directly by phone 27-21-21 (tel. of "Zarina" hotel reception) or through the hotel website.
Individuals can book a room by phone either through the hotel website. For our guests convenience, the website shows discounts and special offers. In order for legal entity to make a reservation via non-cash payment, you should send a request written on your company letterhead indicating name of the guest (guests), dates of stay and company details by e-mail to "Zarina" hotel (e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org). 2. Question : How long my room booking is valid?
Answer: Room reservation is assigned before 20:00, if you have not specified late arrival additionally, and our manager could not contact you (because of guest fault) to specify the arrival time (wrong phone number, email address).
3. Question : Do you provide a shuttle bus to the hotel/airport?
Answer: As a shuttle upon check-in and check-out, our hotel provides a free service like calling a taxi. The travelling cost is paid by guest.
4. Question : Do you have an hourly pay?
Answer: The hotel can accommodate through "hourly pay" tariff. We offer rooms of category "Standard". The cost is 1000 rub./hour, payment is taken at least for two hours. This service is provided during the period from 12-00 to 18-00.
5. Question : Check-in and check-out time at the hotel.
Answer: Check-in is in accordance with the standard checkout time - 13:00 local time of current day. Check-out should be done before 12.00.
6. Question : What documents are required upon check-in?
Answer:Quest should provide one of the following documents:
For Russian citizens - passport or military ID; Russian citizens who have not reached 14 years old - certificate of birth, for foreign citizens - passport, visa, and other immigration documents.
7. Question : What is included into room price?
Answer: The hotel provides to guests the following list of free services:
Housekeeping (daily), secured parking, wake-up service, free Wi-Fi, taxi call, first aid kit, providing of hot water, set of dishes, cutlery, reservations, references on the Khabarovsk city attractions.
The price includes breakfast ("buffet").
For additional fee, the hotel offers catering services (cafe "Zarina"); laundry services (laundry, ironing); rental of two conference halls: large "Amur" (in a separate building) and a small conference room (on the 7th floor of our hotel).
8. Question : Can children be accommodated in the room at no extra charge? If so, up to what age?
Answer: Child who is up to 12 years old (without extra bed) can share room with adult at no extra charge. Breakfast for children under 12 years old is free of charge. Accommodation for children older than 12 years old is full of charge (according to the price list).
9. Question : Does the hotel provide registration for foreign citizens?
Answer: Free registration upon arrival is mandatory for foreign citizens.
10. Question : How many people can be accommodated in a double room?
Answer: Double room can accommodate one or two people and a child under 12 years old without extra bed without an extra pay.
11. Question : Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?
Answer: The hotel provides free high-speed Wi-Fi, For each device, guest uses a unique code issued by the hotel reception upon arrival..
